Thanx mate, guess i will have to use ota rootkeeper for now til these is a permanent fix.

Just unroot after you are happy with your 'tweaks'. I unrooted after making updates to add Google Apps, Market fix, and other apps requiring SU to install. After unroot I can now stream Amazon VOD again. All 'tweaks' work fine after unroot (except apps that require SU to access some functions such as Root Explorer).
