I need to find a widget that allows me to turn on/off the headphone jack output when I'm docked. Does anyone know of one?

You might be able to create your own with the Tasker app.
Get it from the Market.

I forgot to update the thread, but I already found the app widget that toggles headphones on/off.

Problem is, it only works when I'm undocked.
One of the custom ROM's I tried awhile back had a dock/audio output option in settings.
I will either wait for another custom ROM (that doesn't blow up my phone) with this option or research the whole dock thing a little more.
