But do you know why SIMTOOLKIT is not enabled in this rom?

It is enabled by default on Titan devices.

I have a problem though. With your older ROMs, if I try to deploy custom apps from Visual Studio to the phone, it works smoothly, but as soon as I activate Wifi Tethering, the phone seems to lock itself. I'm a developper so I try to unlock it with the dev registration but that doesn't work. The only solution is to hard-reset the phone.

Do you know what's happening?
