0.8.1 with Shaky's latest kernel is faster than ever, it warms my heart to see my old Desire up there with all the other newer devices. Now clicking on the ads even though I don't need to download anything Thanks for the awesome work!
Device: AMOLED HTC Desire PVT3.
Rooted with Unrevoked and S-OFF with Alpharev.

Yes, it's the same, with same MD5 2d44703d8d4a31cbba6c8f9cf7a1cd96
Installed since 36 hours now in conservative mode (245/1113 MHz) and no problem with it.

I installed 0.8.1 on Sunday and haven't had a single DSOD or RR since.

It's running incredibly smooth compared to even 0.8. I'm having some battery drain issues but I'm 99% that's app related (Facebook, which I only just joined and installed the app).

This ICS build is more stable than my unrooted Asus Transformer TF101.
