Thanks.
So it seems it still goes slow after few days. Can't live with slowness, even if it is ICS.

Conclusion: there is no ICS ROM for Desire which can run smoothly without any lags.

I am on CM7 + Launcher Pro and my Desire flies
Nexus 7 | Paranoid Android 3.15 | Franco kernel r48
HTC One X | Sense 4+
HTC Desire | CM7.1

I wouldn’t agree infact all ics roms for desire except sense 4.0 are fast and do not slow down after few days….I have been using 0.13.1 for two weeks and I have never experienced lag.

I have only seen reboots when system gets hot…that’s why they call it beta.

One thing I noticed running ondemand governor:
If I turn airplane mode on and leave the phone on charger over night it doesn't freeze or bsod.

as for shaky156's sense 4 port I'm waiting til you get the "not working" list empty
And so you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further.

any one got an idea how this mod http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1728505 works?

Also, can some tell me how do I avoid those hot reboots when the phone turns hot and also add fast boot?

You can't turn it off. If it's rebooting due to overheating, it's most likely a hardware failure. And for that fast boot, that's a sense feature (phone doesn't shut down completely), so nothing to expect here.

An idea would be to throttle the cpu on high temps, if its cpu and not the radio chips, the battery or the energyconverters. If u have your phone in a cover, get it out of it.

i dont use a cover.

I dont think it is the processor as the hot reboot usually happens when syncing on mobile netw......I have also notice that the battery % jumps down by a large quantity when this hot-reboot occurs....might be because of the heat (battery drain) or the energy converters (what are they?) or the radio

I think it is a faulty mainboard, which is a common problem on PVT1. Only way to stop that is to change the mainboard (or have it changed, if there's still warranty). No software setting can stop it. So please stop complaining here, this thread should only be for rom related things.
