i told you already for rapi error... check activesync (XP) or windows mobile device center (vista/win7) and reinstall it.... not windows phone device manager (sorry for mistake, in hurry i write wrong name)!!!!!

Tango not yet officially released and for now only languages for Mango available (you can try use it)...
