this v7.8 with 5.51T and some fine tuning is almost perfect

-only headphone/bt bug is not solved
-also i think camera trick for battery life can be automatized (we have full unlock, so we can do an hidden switch camera->video ) - not a big problem since WP is super stable and doesn't need reboot
-new magldr will solve power off charge and unlock WLM ability (windows mobile on windows phone)

TANGO final Version is avaiable soon, but this work will continues always with updates until our love hd2 keaping holding up wm7.5 ))))
you need to flash always the rom again... updates only with cabs.

on my device, this took 30-45 seconds.... depends to SDcard speed....

In fact I understood how transfer downloaded cab (with wXYUpdater).
But I downladed Nokia_Navigation_v2.0.0.0.xap and I dont know how to do it wit xap... Does it exist a tool to transfer and intall cab files?
Sorry for this noob question but I'm completly lost (even if I did some search :s)

you need this :

Tom XAP Installer or XAPDeployX

im using this :

u need have ZUNE installed to deploy xaps from here:

Windows Phone SDK 7.1 (550MB) after install you have this tool
Application Deployment avaiable. u can do it from here (easy way )

for XAP files you use any XAP installer (Tom XAP Installer, XAPDeployX) or use instaler from Windows Phone Device Manager or Windows Phone Power Tools
and also .net Framework 4 and WP SDK 7.1 installed...

CAB files is something different and install it with CAB sender or wXYUpdater....

Coming from Android is a little bit disturbing but know I've all the keys in my hand ^^

Edit: The lag in the first boot is certainly caused by my Kinsgton class 4. It took 15min to install facebook app.
I will try tomorrow with a sandisk 2go class 2.
