[Q] Anyone having poor Wifi reception ?

Hi all,

I have the Razr since two days and the only glitch I have is the Wifi.

Normally, at my office, I have a strong signal all over the place.
With the Razr I can't go to the front door.
If I am more than 10m away of the router, I lost the signal
At home, while sitting at 3 meter of my Wifi G router, I have not a full signal.
And I also loose the signal if I am more than 10m of the router.

Is anyone else facing the same or should I send back my Razr ?

Turning my blu tooth off worked for me

It's already off when I come home or to the office.

I had tried every possible setting on my router to increase the signal strength on the razr but none worked......however surprisingly and inexplicably when I changed the placement of my router and kept it on the floor i.e. around 6ft below the razr, the wifi signal suddenly jumped....hence I took this idea a little further and after some experimentation I saw that placing the router a few feet below the razr actually dramatically improves the reception even if you are at a significant distance away from the router and my problem is solved...

Just thought I should share this bit of information as it might help all those who are facing wifi reception issues with the razr
