From booted phone connected enter command
Adb reboot bootloader
This should bring you to fastboot screen

Then
Fastboot erase cache
Fastboot OEM rebootruu

Black screen
Fast flash zip <file name.zip>

... After run fastboot flash zip <downloaded file name> I'll get:

- Rooted (I'm already rooted with LeeDroid ROM. It's can cause any problem?)
- Busybox (I'm already Busybox)
- Secure flag turned off on the boot image
- Stock recovery replaced by CWM (I'm already revolutionary recovery. It's can cause any problem?)
- Stock HC Radio ?
- Stock HC hboot ?
- Stock HC ROM ?

After flash you will have rooted s off honeycomb with custom recovery

I just did it again and I think I got it this time. Rebooted and it seems to be up and running. Now to play with HC.

I am trying to go back to GB to check some wifi stuff. I used the guide to get to HC but I am trying to get back to GB and S-On.

When I try to push the hboot I get :

adb push hboot_1.10.0000_54.img /

failed to copy 'hboot_1.10.0000_54.img' to '//hboot_1.10.0000_54.img': Read-only file system

any ideas on how to get this to work?

Are you in recovery, is your sd by chance mounted to your pc (not supossed to be)

If in recovery possibly try
Adb remount
Then push
