Ahah, took me about 45 minutes to make the hole..

I didn't have any fancy tools to use.
I used alcohol and nail polish remover. A small screw driver and hair clip.
Hole looks good, though.

And as far as taking an hour to remove the paint, id have to say that's pretty extreme!

However I've done this Mod twice, and nail polish remover, Q-tips and a a tooth-pick is all that's needed, The nail polish remover softens up the paint, and the tooth pick I use to pick it out in a softened mode, most of it twirls onto the tooth pick, otherwise it would take an hour just using a Q-tip alone!!
If You do that way and you can have it all removed in about 5 mins, 10 tops, and that includes taking some alcohol afterward with a Q-tip to remove any solvent film left over from the nail polish, so the lens is good and clean, otherwise no camera no matter how good it is, will give you good pic's, then as a final procedure I take dry Q-tip and again make sure the lens is good and clean, I hold it up to light or outside light and site thru it to see if there are any imperfections left, and good clarity, and if there is any residue left, I continue with the alcohol one more time, and repeat!
Then Finnish up by drying it up with a Q-tip and and then a dry Q-tip polish for the lens, then do another clarity check, until its perfect, then just reassemble the phone.

One more thing while you have the phone apart, why not address the GPS contact issue, especially if your GPS isn't really receiving well!!

Nopes, tomorrow is what it said would be the latest, so if it's not here tomorrow, definitely firing off an email. Although, I spoke with them before, they reply in a timely matter and are great with support.
