There is stock ROM for Europe (still in lock condition)

Sorry, I mean, link which you attach in 1st post is link for stock ROM (original ROM from HTC ) its unbranded & in lock condition (not mean lock for one operator only, but lock for homebrew/sideload application)

Ah, ok.

But I only need to know if the version is PRE-Nodo (s.o. pre 7392) so it can be useful to apply Chevron unlock.

The version of pre-NoDo (as I know) is 7004 or 7008. You may use the ROM on the link that you posted. Otherwise, you must make sure that:
1. Your phone is created with the standard of European countries
2. Your current Firmware revision number is as same as the link's
3. Your current Radio Software Version number is same as the link's

If those 3 prerequisites have been accomplished, you may use it.
