Smooth here as well... let the rom settle and reboot a few times.. also use setcpu overclock to 1.2ghz and set minimum to 400mhz. I felt lag when it was at 100 or 200.. Think this is where ICS is better with Dual-core cpu but setting min to 400mhz seems to reduce the lag. Also download spare-parts and set windows transitions and animations to fast..

YMMV (Your milage may very)

I tired some, and it would appear not.

To use reboot from the menu to do a normal system reboot instead of rebooting into recovery, select recovery then re-select reboot and click OK.

For right now, just hold power for 10 sec.

CM9 reported having problems with the 911 call in ICS, will please indicate whether this happens with this ROM, thanks.

Yes, all non-Samsung based roms will have the 911 issue.

I feel for your battery life in this instance. But i do agree with you. As for spare parts, just go to settings>developer settings> turn off animations or turn to .5.

Ya know I've had the 911 issue like everyone else, but every time i try in an emergency, 911 calls me back as if they received the call but couldn't hear me.

That is the known problem and why Cyanogen dropped the Vibrant. There is no fix without Samsungs help.
