Well my Wi-Fi is almost always on, so yes it happened with the Wi-Fi on, I never tried with Wi-Fi off ...

The one issue I have encountered has already been reported. It seems at times data will just "lock up". Either on Wifi or 3G, the icon says data is flowing, but websites/apps/whathaveyou are unavailable. The fix is easy, just turn off wifi/data and turn it back on...however it is curious. Turning wifi off/on fixes the problem, but in the mean time you won't receive email and messages.
It's better to set 'keep wifi on during sleep' to never. When the phone sleeps, 3G will be activated. And if the screen wakes up, it will activate wifi.

Greetings, I've returned to stock rom gingerbread 2.3.6 to try to flash build 12 again but I can´t be root again, with one click short fuse it stops at step 7 and with Unlock Root when it waits for debug it tells "Failed to get shell root" and debug mode is on,
What can I do?

I have touchscreen issues when scrolling with Build12. I dopple checked because i reflashed Buil10. Did a full wipe :/. Strange thing

Download Superuserapp+Binaries: http://androidsu.com/superuser/ . Those issue was only in a fewer build. For me Build12 was rooted out of the box after flashing. Otherwise i would do a full wipe (data/cache/dalvik) and flash again.

everything is smooth only facing laggy dailer and some data lockup.

He's on Sammy's ROM and need a cwm compatible kernel,too.

Yes, it happens to me sometimes too, we just talked about that

Regarding the tv-out function, here are some bugs:
- if the screen enters in sleep mode, the tv-out function doesn't work anymore, you have to restart the phone
- hardware accelerated videos are not shown on the tv screen (e.g. dice player, in software mode the picture is shown)
- the same goes for the youtube videos, only black screen on the tv

Any suggestions are welcomed, as it is a great feature and a plus of this rom.
