Here is the latest presentation from me. The Ultimate ICS. Based on Android 4.0.3 ICS and CyanogenMod 9. Built from sources and has some added features and tweaks.

I've applied some of my own tweaks to the original rom.

Features:
Widgets in notification bar.
Reboot options in power menu.
New launcher preferences.
Updated props for 4.0.3.
New misc tweaks.
Changed sms icon.
T9 dialer options in phone settings. (Implemented by me)
Internet tweaks.
Battery tweaks.
Adb shell added
Adb on boot script.
Faster market and GPS hack.
build.prop changes and tweaks.
Ultimate Wallpapers added.
File Manager added with ability to put file shortcuts on home screen.
Some bloat apps removed to make it smooth.
Galaxy Nexus audio files.
New bootanimation!
LegacyUSB: Add support for legacy USB implementations
Add support for Caller Name Display
Fix B key issue
Camera: enable face detection
New tweaks and other bug fixes
Add Facebook contact sync support
Adb over network.
Configurable 0, 90, 180 and 270 degree rotation.
This allows the ability to control brightness by sliding across the statusbar.
Add support for Caller Name Display.
Added tiny font size and more transition speeds.
SMS templates using gestures.
Support for hardware acceleration.
ICS music added.
Dalvik tweaks.
Kernel tweaks.
SD card tweaks.
Video playback and camera tweaks to improve performance.
Many more tweaks added.

Trebuchet Launcher:
Workspace: Change default_workspace
NumberPickerPreference: Fix possible NPE
AppWidgetResizeFrame: Allow resizing to any size
Transitions added.
