Damn.. I am always getting errors when compiling recovery... Every time the error is different! I guess the compiling is just not meant to be for x86 (32bit) systems...

Sync the repo first... there is a tutorial at source.android.com .

I used ics rom at my ns, but i little bit not like it because ics make my read area screen is smaller compared gb when i read email, i think i cant read email anymore when i port to my galaxy mini

crosswise, the link you provided let install only applications from ICS, but if we install it on a CM7.+ we will have always a 2.3.7 GB android!!!!

I'm just compiling on AMD Sempron @ 1.9ghz and 1.2GB RAM. So... it would take like 30-40h to get it done. Maybe even more.
