HELP, when I try wake my phone just has a bunch of weird tiny green dots on a black screen. The lockscreen isn't showing at all! I don't know what it's called, "Sleep of Death", "Pixel Salad" or whatever.

so jealous
Nandroids are much like Condoms, when you have to use them they are an irritant, but its better to be safe than sorry.

Great ROM! My favourite atm!

I have a noob(ish) question:
I want to install couple apps from "Removed apps zip". I unzip it using my imac and deleted every app that i don't need and then i packed it back to zip file again.

Then i copied the zip file to my SD-card and booted my Note to CWM recovery. This is where i get confused. I only see "install zip from sd card" option, there is no "install update from sd card" option. Can i flash this zip file from here or what? I have Speedmod k2-12 kernel.

send from my sparkling white Galaxy Note, using XDA Premium.
Phone: Samsung Galaxy Note (white) + 32Gb
- ROM: Changes too often

Just use "Install Zip from SD Card" and you'll be fine.

Install zip from SD card will give you the choice to choose the zip archive you wanna flash (from internal memory or external)
I have too many devices... and it is not enough !

Thanks guys for your help. I tried to flash the zip file, but it ended "installation aborted". Could it be that i don't have full root acces? Mobile odin and Titanium Backup works...but does it mean anything in this case?

I don't think so. Most probably has to do with you unzipping and rezipping it.
Try to start the original zip, then delete stuff you don't need directly from the zip. i.e. don't unzip it.
Then try to flash it.
