XT860 - random apps not loading on boot

rooted and debloated XT860: after boot, random applications do not load: some of them located on SD, some located in phone. It generally takes 3-5 reboots to have them all loaded, where each reboot shows different app in "loading" state forever. Usually it is stock camera, TB, Root Explorer, BSPlayer, tapatalk...
The only info I googled so forth is that this could be SD-card related, but as most of problematic apps are not on SD, it has to be something else...
What to do, pls?

I also have this issue although never with system apps like camera. I have no apps on SD card

Rooted xt860, debloated and overclocked to 1.1

So SD issue ruled out... the reason I am having an issue with camera might be because I use different one (other topic here - better blur camera or similar)

ya i know i spent all morning trying to make that apk run on my phone. Don't know how you did it but i just can't make it work

as U can see, not such a victory - as it refuses to load often... and that blue tint is still quite often there - going to post it into that proper topic..

i use camera ZOOM fx, seemed to fix the blue tint, although i didn't notice it much before. It's still slow though so i don't think any camera app is going to make our camera better, it must be firmware. All off topic i know.

having an identical issue.
Usually with root explorer, sometimes a game app or two, occasionally uber social.

Also a D3, rooted, de-bloated.

Where are the problem apps located for you, internal, external (media area) or SD card.

Also, do you use an app to SD app at all?

as I sometime use "USB Mass Storage" mode, I moved all apps back to the internal storage.
My problem apps are:
- Stock Camera (on every first boot, this one is unavailable and I have to reboot 100% times)
- GO Task Manager widget, SIM Toolkit, Titanium Backup ... on second boot, these are often unavailable
- random apps (iReader, tapatalk, ....) these also sometimes disappear.
