[Q] no image when intalling CWM recovery

I followed all the steps in this thread, but get stuck in the step 4
my phone is s-off, but when it scan automatically for PH06IMG.zip, it shows no image and followed by "no image or wrong image",

(4) The phone will boot to HBOOT. It should show S-OFF.

If you see S-ON, it won't work.

Following a few seconds, it will scan automatically for a PH06IMG.zip file on sdcard and propose you to install it.


I have been trying for hours, Can anyone help me please, thanks a lot.

OK, I sorted the problem by re-format the SD-Card into fat32 and put the PH06IMG.zip on the SD-card again.
I don't know why it didn't work, I am sure it was fat32 as well.
