Does anyone experience this issue when you wake the phone from deep sleep, the signal bars are grey (full signal but not blue - so not connected to google servers, but data is still connected), and they become blue after maybe 5-10 seconds?
I have AOKP m5 and Franco Kernel #162, not sure if its the rom or the kernel
Pretty sure it's a rom issue.. on AOKP 36 they dont ever come blue have to reboot

* A patch to recalculate the loops_per_jiffy logic from TI
* Tweaked CFS parameters from ch33kybutt - thanks for the research, they work wonders
* Fixed false detection of IO wakeup event from TI
* Some other small optimizations
However, if you put any trust in Quadrant scores you could use them to prove that dancing naked for 5 minutes in your garden affects device performance. By Chainfire
