Default [DEV-ISSUE] Extract ramdisk from the latest boot image (HTC_Europe 1.20.401.8)

I tried to use standard tools to extract ramdisk, but it all failed.

When i compare this newest boot.img with older one, i see there is some differences in binary header.

ok, i found the solution.

you have to delete first 256 bytes of signature and the rest is standard android kernel (boot) image.
