Update 2.3.6 via RECOVERY - Error Status 7 - Any solution?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to apply the update on my razr EN.EU (ex EN.FR) but I always receive an error (status 7).
I know the other had the same error and my question is if someone has a solution.

Flash the Fastboot images that you can find in the Firmwares thread.

I did the flash with RSD to convert my rom from EN.FR to EN.EU.

The OTA update have to be applied via recovery (if i have read right)

if not please point me to the file I have to use.

My razr vers is:

Android: 2.3.5
Sistema: 651.73.23.XT910.Retail.en.EU
Modem: U_03.1C.83P
Kernel: 2.6.35.7-ge209671

Are you trying to flash in stock recovery or in bootstrap recovery?

Well I think stock recovery.

I start the device with vol+,vol- And power. than recovery.

Same error here. ex EN.FR Razr XT910 now is En.EU but won't update! Why? Any solution ? Or idea?

Same error. The backround of the issue ;

I was rooted with the 651.73 rom, then applied the update to 651.150 rom. Flashed back to 651.73 rom with rsd lite. Now i can't apply the OTA and get the STATUS 7 error.

Where i can find the firmware thread? I tried everywhere, maybe my mistake but i still cannot find the eu rom, i have fr rom.
