i want original theme from galaxy note. please help me

What squirting said, just flash your ROM over the top, but just don't wipe anything..... Or, get a themed zip, and copy the framework and systemUI apks from your ROMs zip, into the theme zip, overwriting the original files, then flash that, but if your struggling and for less hassle, just flash the whole ROM.

I have stock kka framework update zip on my rom page in downloads section, this is stock theme for kka based rom
Nandroids are much like Condoms, when you have to use them they are an irritant, but its better to be safe than sorry.
