Default [Q] Emails are text only

I recently switched from the Infuse to the Vivid and I'm having a few issues. One of the largest problems is my emails seem to only show text with no html, no pictures, etc.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks!

Are you using the built in email app for gmail? Mine are full html using the gmail app. I don't use the built in email or Yahoo so I can't comment on those.

*edit**
Nice change from Samsung, huh?
I too came from the Infuse recently

Goto Email -> Settings -> Send & Receive -> Mail Size Limit

Change the limit to any size limit that does not say Text Only.

This will allow HTML emails to come through instead of being all text.

I do find that the phone is of superior quality, and although the screen is not super AMOLED it's awfully sharp. I'm disappointed with the tinny sound during phones calls which may force me back into the Infuse. Bring on root capabilities and I'll be very happy with the switch!

Thank you very much, I switched it to 100kb yesterday and it didn't make a difference. Changing it to MAX resolved the issue!!

...I love this forum lol

I don't have a tinny sound on phone calls unless I use speakerphone. The external speaker isn't very good on this phone, but I rarely, if ever, use it. I have a headphone speaker I use when listening, so that makes sound much better.

I actually find that the external speaker sounds less tinny than the main speaker for calls, etc lol. Debating if I want to have to fumble with a bluetooth again.

Another quirky thing I found is that I tried adding my dr, and The Dr. prefix gets dropped off...booooo! lol
