Default Anybody found the Carrier IQ?

Anybody found the Carrier IQ on their HTC Desire?
So what determines if app gets automatically restored on a new device??

Nope. Basically only in US. Nothing new.

It's not on my Desire either. I'm not in the US though, and I am running a custom ROM. Happy days.
Current Devices: Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000B (Rooted stock GB v2.3.6), 32GB Nexus 7 (Stock JB 4.2.1)

If you run a custom ROM or, I believe, a WWE ROM, you most likely won't have it.
