Used Siri on my father in laws 4s. There sing and android app that holds a candle to it. The killer features are ones you don't think of like contacts integration. Tell siri someone's phone number or your relationship to them and it updates it. You can practically manage contacts without touching the screen. Calendar integration and reminders integration. The best thing about siri is not that it can understand your words google voice search does that. Its that it connects to the phones features so seamlessly. None of the android copies can do that... yet
