Getting sod after putting phone to sleep. If I press,power it takes a good 15-25 seconds to wake up.

To all who experienced "sod", it's actually NOT an sod. The phone entered deep sleep mode and there's a conflict with button detection, if you hit the power button a few times it will eventually wake up. I will look at this issue next.

+1. His cm7 kernel for the g2x is fken nuts!

I love to logcat if my phone would wake up from being plug in usb mode. Pretty much does a full reboot in deep sleep. Since buttons don't wake it like Faux said.

It will wake up, just press it a few times. It's not an sod. The button press worker entered deep sleep as well, and depending on where it is in its sleep cycle the button detection would be ignored until next cycle which appears as an sod but it's just lagged.

The 2 times i got the SOD i pressed my power button repeatedly for 10 seconds and it never woke up.

I have been on XDA forums for a LONG time, 2007 with my Palm Treo before any android was out, I have lurked on this forum since, never spoke and stood quiet and Im glad there are so much people supporting android development, so much people making android 1000000X better then stock.
