I tried pressing the power button for 30 seconds as you asked me to do, fastboot still cannot find device, I know I should have used your ruu, but I didnot think that using a froyo ruu would actually brick my phone, I assumed the worst case maybe a bootloop. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to bring my phone back to life. My phone is out of warranty

I didnot know that my phone maybe running on fastboot cause nothing appears on screen, till now Im not getting any luck with fastboot, all Im asking for is your help if you think there is a way to recover my phone, Im more than thankful for your support.

Ok after reading this dialog exchange, the problem is that you CANNOT downgrade a Gingerbread radio back to a Froyo radio!

Your only hope is to try to reinstall a GB RUU, but since you cannot power it on and have adb or Fastboot recognize the phone this probably won't work either.

IMO you have officially bricked your IncS.

As I said, your only hope is to try and run a GB RUU (ROM Update Utility).

Flashing a bad radio image is a sure way to brick a phone.

What was the error, what state was your phone in before you started the process?

in normal state, plus the usb is plugged in. when im run the ruu, htc logo with black background appears for about 3minutes, then at the end it stated ERROR [131] : CUSTOMER ID ERROR
the rom update utility cannot update ur android phone.
please get the correct rom update utility and try again.
*when i'm run the runme nothing happen and my device still at the fastboot screen.

sorry but through my reading at the thread, i do not understand what those gentleman trying to say, i'm quite a noob actually, hope you can help me out

There's a problem with your goldcard, try using another sdcard

Edit: what size sdcard did you use? what region phone you have? enter this command

fastboot getvar all

and paste result here

i dont have another sdcard. hmm so how? btw what is goldcard?
