GPS Navigation Map Converting problem

Hi there! This is my first thread. I didn't find any similar question so Im posting at first!
I want to instal Navitel navigation software in my HTC Inspire 4G But I have no Map in format like: *nm2 but I have map in *img Format for Garmin. As I know it is posible to convert img to nm2. I used GPSMapEdit 1.1 but when I open img file there is an error:
Can you help me with solution this problem? maybe there is another program wich can convert img to nm2
