It looks nice. I've always considered MIUI to be the marriage of Android's usability with Apple's design...but then I saw Ice Cream Sandwich. Even these screenshots don't dissuade me, as nice as they are.

I have to say, though, that the MIUI team is really good at design.
In my hands:
Phone: LG Nexus 4 (since November 2012), rooted and running stock OEM Android 4.2.1
Tablet: ASUS Eee Pad Transformer + Dock (since November 2011), rooted and running Revolver 4.1.1

Collecting Dust:
Phone:
-T-Mobile G2/HTC Vision (since October 2010), rooted and running CyanogenMod 9.1
-T-Mobile G1/HTC Dream (since January 2009), rooted and slowly running CyanogenMod 6
-HTC Touch/Vogue (since August 2008), unhacked and running WM 6.1

I've ran miui on my phone before cm9 came and out I'm looking forward to the miui ics release. I love how much you can customize miui.

I love my Nexus S more and more everyday!
Addicted to flashing! It all started on my Nexus S........., Then Galaxy Nexus, upgraded to the Galaxy S3 and now I'm taking notes on my Note 2 and Note 10.1

How will MIUI implement the multitasking UI? I'm guessing they will put their own spin on it but I am wondering if they have released any materials regarding this.

I heart MIUI that was my go to rom for my D1. Now that the dev are getting close to getting it to the X2 I'm really looking forward to some more MIUI fix.
