Default [DEV][WIP] Ice Cream Sandwich Port (AOSP/CM9)

CM9 port on Galaxy 3

Note: Flashing this rom will wipe your previous rom and data so make sure to have a backup !

Download Link :

Current version : Build 4
All files can be downloaded from Google Code : http://code.google.com/p/ics-for-g3/downloads/list

How to install :

Wipe data/factory reset in recovery.
Flash through odin with one package ticked.
First boot is very slow due to odex. give it enough time to boot.

Working :
  • Android 4.0.3 / CM9
  • Touchscreen
  • Vibrator
  • SD card
  • Mobile Phone with audio
  • Mobile Data
  • WIFI
  • Audio (Build 2)
  • All Sensors (Build 2)

  • data stats (Build 2)
  • openfimg (Build 2)
  • headset (Build 3)
  • usb storage (Build 3)
  • camera (build 4) no preview
  • openfimg updated (build4)
  • stable kernel at 1GHz (build 4)
Not Working :
  • FIMG GPU Drivers
  • Bluetooth
  • MobileAP
If you don't find a feature listed in working or not working list that means it is not working yet. Please don't ask for it again and again.

Developers:
  • marcellusbe
  • apollo5801
  • arakmar
  • tom3q
Donations:

We use marcellusbe's private server to develop and build CM9.
It helps a lot and improve the development speed. But unfortunately, it has a cost.
So, donations are greatly appreciated. We decided to give all donations to marcellusbe as he rents the server.

But there is already a thread named [project] ICS port or something like that and a group of devs are contributing. You should join with them and delete this thread. It saves many different people doing the same thing and the more devs the merrier.

Edit : I think hillbeast is also in this as i just read above so i was mistaken. Sorry.
