If any one has Galaxy Nexus, try changing the dpi to enable tablet mode and check if lockscreen works on it!

And, can somebody help: the home button is not working properly, it works sometimes and does not works most of times.

It can already be done. Just change the values/bools.xml in framework-res.apk

Hey bro, do you know if this project is at a permanent stop or if it's merely a small gap between the dev's two releases or something?

As far as I understood it would be too messy to get ICS' features running on our old Linux 2.6.31-based kernel. That's why we need a new one of version 3.0.1 or above before porting the missing ICS features to the G3 can continue. This is a lot of work though and requires a bit of luck because the G3's chipset isn't documented anywhere and they plan to test existing drivers from a similar one.

So this is where the party's at now, bros (and sistas): [PROJECT] Kernel 3.x For Galaxy 3

Yes but there are many features that are available in the MIUI and other ROM's.
At least, animations and other things are working. Add that in a build 4.5.
And yes, kernel 3.x is needed for further development.

Was playing with the device internal files and now i cand get a call and it shows a SAFE MODE band at bottom left side of device.
On every restart, i get android is upgrading dialog box.

you have the option to build it by yourself, if you feel the need for a more up to date version
