Personnally i have no problems with network. I've read that network won't work on CM9 is you use PIN code security. Try disabling that and rebooting

Great guide, I'm wondering if I did something wrong:

I've got the CM7.1 running, did all the steps and got the CM9 running past the logo... but when it starts, I'm stuck at the Setup Wizard: 'Touch the android to start', when I do, it force-closes and starts again. On a note, it shows my device as 'MB526' (Defy+). I'm using a Defy v1(MB525)

I can't understand as I got the CM9 Jan-29 Jordan 2.2 (by Quarx) release. Afaik, Jordan is the defy v1 =/

But so far, no harm done. My CM7 is still running fine.

Thanks . Don't worry your CM7 should be fine anyway . Never heard of that problem :/, but for sure it's related to CM9 so have a look in the CM9 thread if other people have it. Have you tried avoiding this wizard? Like closing it or pressing home or stuff? How about a Dalvik Wipe too (in latest recovery of course, not in the CM7 recovery) ?
