Turning off in Dev Mode

Anyone got this problem:
My G Nexus turns off after some time in Dev Mode (few hours) and I can't start it back off without removing battery and putting it back in O_o

I'm a bit afraid about what's going on here..

I've had one battery pull crash while listening to music. The other night the camera app became unresponsive while I was messing with it in a restaurant. Ended up the phone recovered from that when I looked at it later though I rebooted anyway.

In short, they still have some issues to fix.
