Question [Q] Debug a ROM port

Hi, im tryin to port a ROM from one phone to another, these two phones are identically except for the CPU (Huawei U8800pro and U8800-51), and slight differences in partition table, i've edited the updater-script in MIUI rom for U8800pro to adapt it to the U8800-51 partition table, i've managed to flash it, but its stuck on boot.

How can i "see" whats happening in that boot, or somethign that give me an idea of whats happening (logcat or something?).

Thanks in advance

Did you do a fresh factory reset first? Such as wiping data and cache?
