Considering this is meant to be an easy-to-follow and 'noob friendly' thread, how would you suggest I put more emphasis on the rooting side of things? I'm open to the idea, but I feel the end result deserves more attention than the process.

This idea surely would be better as a Root and flashing guide for "Noobs", only? Just feel you're opening a can of worms and will get bombarded with rom questions also.

what makes you thin that android revolution and so on are the best ?did you try rcmix3D roms ? did you flash virtuous roms ? with my due respect best rom is subjectif so , please either post all our favourite roms or dont do it at all

If the above method mentioned does not work.

My method has worked for quite some time now, and is a pretty decent alternate where other one click type methods dont work.

and still works, on newer builds other than the ones mentioned. GL
