I don't know of any way to do this in the ROM itself. Are you perchance using a 3rd party launcher? (Go Launcher, ADW, LPP, etc)

Yep, Go Launcher. Sorry, forgot to mention that. But I tried ADW and it was still missing so I thought it might be a feature in the rom itself.

Thanks but that's the first thing I tried - ticking and unticking to see if it'd come back. No go, tho.

Hmmm...Looks like a restart cleared it up. It's weird it, though, the statusbar showed up on the lockscreen but then didn't when I went to my homescreen. I toggled the Statusbar preference and now it's there. Just weird. Oh well.
