Need Help with a Script!

I put a couple of scripts together, the entire thing works with terminal and writes to the log file but on boot, only the top portion executes and writes to the log file. The Data Permissions portion on the bottom is what is not executing on boot....I believe it is a bash script and that may be the part I am having trouble with.....

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!
