[Q] Verizon locked bootloader?

I am looking at trading in my HTC Rezound for this phone and I was curious if it was going to have a locked bootloader.

I saw the threads on the unlocked bootloader for the UK, but I didnt know if that would be the same for verizon. The vigor (rezound) does come unlocked by factory standards, however verizon locked it down do to their policies.

I know that this uses a OMAP4460 processor, which features M-Shield, which has yet to be cracked, and if the boot loader is locked, it would take a while for some one to crack it. Does any one know yet?
