unify release thread

I know I have not posted too many things on the forums, but, there too many of threads all tracking the release of the prime.....can we unify it under 1 thread for everyone and lock the others? ( including this one)

while it would be cleaner, in some ways threads about preorders from specific places might be better as no one seems to be on track with anyone else, thus the experience from where one preordered it is going to probably vary in some way.
