Bugs
I am not aware of any bugs at the moment. Please report any you may find!

Compatibility (TMO users read this!)
Whether you are using the T-Mobile or international version, this ROM should work universally across all Sensations. The new 2.3.4 radios are identical between TMO US and EU versions, along with the RIL files.

T-Mobile users may want WiFi calling and it is available through Bloater or an addon flashable. That's all you need. The phone works flawlessly.
RAM
I've seen lots of users complain about how little RAM some ROMs have. RAM does not mean speed. It does not determine how fast a ROM is. It simply means how many apps you can have open at once without Android having to close another one. Have you ever filled up the amount of RAM your device allows?

Android is built to use RAM efficiently. Let it handle it. Don't worry about RAM. This ROM has about 190mb free running the Sense launcher out of the box. The more apps you have installed the less that number becomes over time. Don't pay so much attention to it and just enjoy your phone.

Change Log
Code:
1.5 - Dec 7 2011
  • Hello!
  • Added MIUI-like Battery bar
  • Added option to kill rosie in tweaks
  • Added super smooth rosie toggle
  • Added ultra smooth rosie toggle
  • Added ads to Tweaks -- I'm poor and in college. If you don't like them, install adblocker from the market -- and don't tell me you did that :)
  • Added forced 3D acceleration -- ie, forced android to think it's only capable of rending HW gfx :D -- only helps in certain situations I hear
1.4 - Sep 26
  • Added my Honeycomb lockscreen!
  • Added CIFS support (thanks to Leedroid for this one)
  • fixed camera shutter
  • upgraded to Superuser 3 final
  • fixed dice
  • added sysem_process binary from Honeycomb for extra smoothness
  • changed screenshot(power+home) location to /sdcard/screenshots
1.3.1 - Sep 24
  • Upgrades errrday!
  • Fixed Clock FC
  • Cleaned up unused settings in Tweaks
  • Reverted to default battery bar
1.3 - Sep 23
  • Fixed power menu not displaying proper icons
  • Implemented initial framework for added more lockscreens
  • Added Android lockscreen - YOU MUST REBOOT AFTER SWITCHING LOCKSCREENS!!!!
  • Choose your lockscreen from Tweaks > Lockscreen Settings
  • Fixed bug where you'd have to unlock your phone to answer a call with custom lockscreens ;)
  • Reverted back to STOCK 2.3.4 kernel in order to minimalize ROM-related reported problems
  • (I suggest you go install Faux's anyways, I will be)
  • 7zipped(like a pro) Android unlock images in framework to match Gingerbread ones
1.2.1 - Sep 22
  • new Android market included (3.1.5)
  • potentially fixed harmless, random system FC (will try and do incremental upgrades from now on if it's fixed)
  • added LED Torch option to quick settings (hide in Tweaks if you dislike it)
  • added ability to hide alarm clock icon in Tweaks > Clock Options
  • stock kernel available from mods section below if you want to flash it
  • Beats addon available through Bloater
  • Regular apps coming to Bloater soon, don't use it for apps yet (the 1.45 category)
1.2 - Sep 21
  • new Tweaks option! Ability to hide any extended settings you don't want to show
  • Using better autobrightness settings (thanks omar302)
  • Added transparency to Rosie app drawer (also unbroke it ;))
  • added ro.HOME_APP_ADJ=1 to keep launcher in RAM
  • added two tweaks to increase JPEG quality
  • fixed duplicate build prop settings (now more tweaks should be actually working)
  • added ext4fs optimizations
  • fixed all strange FC issues from 1.0
-- I've rewritten a lot of the code for quick settings in Java, so that means I'm almost limitless in what I can do with it now. Feel free to make any reasonable suggestions for them! 1.0 - 9/19 - upgraded to my latest version of Bloater - included my Super Happy Fun Time OC app - added a Center Clock option - added ability to disable pages in app drawer (requires restart) - Beats options coming to Bloater - optimized apps & framework to be extra smooth - included Faux's latest 0.1.8_r3 kernel built in -- really there is no down side to this, except those who don't want 1.5ghz. -- if you're one of those people, simply down clock in FauxClock to whatever you like, and hit save on boot. Done :) - also added a 2G instead of E toggle 0.9.1 - 9/6 - fix a rare FC on certain lists -- fixes whatsapp & another settings FC 0.9 - 8/29 - new quick-quick settings option 0.8 - 8/27 - add ability to disable unlock animation - add ability to enable 5 columns in app drawer - updated to superuser 3 beta 4 - update permissions script to fix SU on start (should fix all issues) 0.7 - 8/26 - added semi-accurate battery mod, 5% increments ---- just images, no text, use the text mod for that - TONS of build.prop tweaks for smoothness, battery savings, etc - more init.d tweaks: better zipalign, ext4 optimizations, etc ---- (found all of these on XDA, thanks to the guys who discovered all of them) - camera mod (thanks to |ErosizeD|) - changed DNS servers to Google DNS for faster web experience - ad free by default - updated wifi calling on Bloater & zip files to include TMO default GPS config - fixed "Make More Space" 0.6 - 8/22 - Mms issues should be fixed (you may have to wipe, try without first) - Added ability to toggle power+home screenshots on/off - in Sense Tweaks 0.5 - 8/20 - reorganized tweaks a bit - changed overscroll to green as requested - hid usb debugging as requested - debugging should be on by default now as requested - added ability to restore personalize button to default as requested (???) - added hibernate to power menu - started theming drop down a tiny bit (tabs & black bg on top for now more to come) 0.4.1 - 8/19 - fix personalize button - fix zip not flashing correctly (good thing the earlier update didn't work hehe) 0.4 - 8/19 - added 4G/H toggle in Settings > Tweaks > Signal Settings --- either soft reboot, or wait until it changes itself, not instant - modded sense3 launcher to be able to launch any app you want from the personalize button! --- choose your own in Settings > Tweaks > Custom Personalize Button 0.3 - 8/17 - added overscroll functionality with toggles - added English (United States) to languages - changed Mms sizes to the same as T-Mobile ones (what the larger Mms hack does) * - updated Bloater for Sensation --- has GPS configs for EU/US for now. more to come - removed some more fluff (Teeter, and a few other, minor APKs) * - other minor default config changes * * = may not work without a full wipe 0.2.2 - 8/16 -crt options :) 0.2.1 - 8/15 -fixed Tweaks battery FC -fixed power option not working 0.2 - 8/13 -completely rebased off of 2.3.4 OTA leak -fixed Tweaks app not displaying properly -removed a few fluffy apks -included sd read ahead tweak -added new market -added back hotboot option as it now works correctly on 2.3.4 -changed dalvik heap size to 48 -made browser market limit to 255 0.1 - 8/11 -initial release

Install Instructions
  1. Make a nandroid backup. Losing 10 minutes of your life is easier to cope with than losing a phone
  2. Download, match MD5 tags, copy to SD card
  3. Reboot into recovery
  4. REQUIRED: format /cache (not wipe)
  5. OPTIONAL: wipe/factory reset. I highly recommend doing this when coming from a different ROM, that said it's your choice. Please don't report bugs if you have not wiped.
  6. Install ROM from zip.
  7. Reboot, wait ~20m,

how exactly did you go about implementing the hw accel? Via build.prop, or was it more complicated?

Sony Bravia Image Enhancement Engine

For those that wish, this is a flashable update to install and enable Sony Bravia Image engine. It has some MINOR improvements when displaying pictures and video via sharpening, smoothing, and some other small image enhancers (NO screenshot cant capture the effect, its effects the display).

AGAIN: All very minor, but if you wish.....have found no side effects.

Tested all of them to make sure they flashed, no error
