i was really hoping that admins would make a separate area for the 8.9!
maybe now devs would be more involved in creating a perfect rom for this because the original rom is very very bad!

i thon't think a seperate forum will bring more devs. but who knows.

That's what I thought as well, since the Galaxy Tab 10.1 ROMs can be easily ported to 8.9 by changing build.prop and a few files.
