No Manage Apps Shortcut

Hello, just got my galaxy nexus in the post today. Got a question:

Is there a way of getting the manage apps shortcut because there is no 4th soft screen button like the nexus s?

I heard somewhere that there is a mod which when you press and hold the home button, it gives the manage apps.

But I can't find it?
