Google search widget and Internet app use Google.com as default?

Every time I search Google for anything either through the widget or the Internet app, my top hits are always u.s sites, I live in the UK. I have use location turned on, homepage as Google.co.uk and GPS is enabled. Why is it not searching UK sites by default? This is very annoying. Galaxy S2 I9100 Android version: 2.3.5 Baseband: I9100XXKE7 Kernal: 2.6.35.11-ninmphetamine-2.0.5+ ninpo@titan #20 Build: villainrom 3.0 Theme: Clear Glass 1.5
