it is the weather notification app that comes loaded with the theme. i tried uninstalling it with titanium backup, but ran into force closes.

you can just go into the weather notification app setting and uncheck "show notification" and the icon in the status bar will go away.

i downloaded the white text default skin and tried it out just to see and it's actually pretty good and i now like the integrated look and feel in the status bar, so i got rid of the accuweather app instead and use it instead.

It is a pretty noticeable battery difference when using a black theme on these SAMOLED screens.

I had the same question a few weeks ago. It's the weather app that's built into the ROM/theme and it defaults to being on. Go into the app drawer, and it's toward the bottom. Then go into the settings and disengage it if you want.

great theme, looks amazing on venum's VCS RL5---but I don't see avatars in contacts---is it just a dark picture?
