Tried flashing on UnNamed 2.1.1, constant force closes for TW launcher.

true but i use launcher pro as the default. so i haven't had a problem yet, so far so good.

Screenshots are similar if not exactly like OP (except for the 4G icon). I will work on getting screenies soon unless someone wants to PM me some good "fresh" screenies for the OP. I just need someone to send me some clean screenies without junk in the background.
