I think i fixed the rotary lock screen
The screenshot is from the DroidX. I dont have a Bionic, so there might differances. if you have suggestions or issues please post a screenshot with it so i can see what you are talking about.

Looks good. Only issue I see is the rotary lockscreens are off a little. Looks great though.

Thanks for doing this. This is def one of the nicest themes for the bionic now! I see the lockscreen as well other then that I'm loving the look tto it! Thanks!

It is 4.3. I checked the specs to be sure, and it is 4.3. It is weird, and they are both off by that amount.
