I was able to download from Mediafire in around 2 minutes. Just wanted to share for anyone still trying to find a good download for this.

However, I'm not going to install. Went back to CM7 just last night. I keep trying ICS (in general) and then realize every time that it's just missing some of the little things that I loved on CM7. But once MIUI v4 theming is 100% I might be able to overlook the things I miss (custom softkey behavior, etc.)

This version Miui V4 2.3.9 is a version A

This version B Miui V4 2.3.9 will be out in a few hours or tomorrow ...

But I think it will work based on the last NS MIUI 2.3.16....
