Is this just the radio? Or a whole ROM?

How/where did you get it? The version number does show that it's newer than any of the radios in the other thread?

And a changelog would be ideal but we never get those with radios

This is whole rom with radio, os, nboot and all other android stuff in it.

Is this just the gingerbread release from Tmobile or is it an updated version?

This is a NEW gingerbread build, its the full rom and its not rooted so i would wait on flashing this people. Until someone roots and deodexed it. Thank you football.

Here is the latest Radio that i pulled from this rom and zipped. Radio ver 26.13.04.19. Put on the root of sdcard and boot into hboot to install.
