thank you guys for your effort in this rom ,, but what i'm really missing in this rom is stock phone dialer & contacts ... and when i'm making call for some one how already in call .. didn't show me that the call is in waiting .. which i can find this feature in stock rom ... so plz try to put this things in the next update .. will appreciate it

Hmm ..i just gave up at all this roms and i use official 2.3.4 rom with root acces.
Tons of this roms have too much bugs,even official results of Benchmarks are better on roms than on official i found out lots of issues somethings as lagy phone movements,sound bugs,wifi issue, and worst for me is GPS that works suck on roms.
Roms made by people are nice but bored after each installation to apply tons of patces to see if works or not.

Yes it is nice to see people working to make thinks better and i apreciate they efforts but unfortunaly roms are not very stable an functions as contacts and call apps are by far better on stock roms.

Tested for example my phone on Cyanogen Mod 7.1 that runs OC kernel at 738 Mhz,and if i install Ivona tts + Voice notify + some push apps as yahoo mail and facebook messenger ,Ivona will speack very lagy and after a wile phone will crash due of ram colaps.After gave a try to stock kernel 600 Mhz and Cyanogen with no twicks ,same issues with GPS,WIFI,lagy phone,ram colaps and lagy speach engine.I went back to stock rom 2.3.4+root acces .Event Antutu say 1600 points results,and on Cyanogen was around 2200,my phone is stable and runs faster,funny contradiction but that is ...

If you get bored of your phone you can play around with roms ,but if you want a stable phone and 100% functional use stock rom with root acces.

thanks for you replay .. i'm with you that stock rom is the stable one .. but i have a stable custom rm & i love it too (FlatzikROM_V.2) this rom has every thing also stock contacts & dialer ,, waiting call feature ...

but i liove CM7 cause it's very fast ROM with so many feutures as i told you before what i'm missing in this ROM is stock contacts & dialer ...

i don't know what's the problem to put the stock contacts & daler in this rom !!!!!!!!!!!

they are base on twframwork-res.apk which is missing on cm7.
so we can't using stock contact here.

is whatsapp can be installed on cm7??

i am using cm7 music edition v1.1 but i cant install whatsapp (

i love cm7 but... T.T
