DONATE TO ME
Default Awesome

Awesome ROM. Loaded it up after testing the SHIFT, and I love this ROM. It has the feel that I was getting from MIUI on my old EVO, and runs super fast and slick.

So far no real quirks, no random battery drainages. It just simply works. I did have an issue with Google Voice, but I had the same issue on my wifes D3, so I think that was just a GV (or my issue doing it wrong).

Going to try out the Go Launcher next. Appreciate the hardwork and effort put into this ROM. Oh and the candle stick animation freaked me out as I was a bit sleep deprived and walked away, as suggested, to hear a fire like crackling coming from my computer! I nearly flipped out and got a fire extinguisher.

Love it! Thanks!

Does one have to wipe if coming from another Thunderstick ROM? I'm on the latest TS3D-100. Thanks.

I decided to wipe and install instead and it works great. I've got 2 issues:

1. I'm really missing the Gallery. Can that be added as a mod?

2. Sometimes, the app icons don't show up in the app drawer. I have to launch them through the Market. Very annoying. Thanks!

Issue 1:
It should have been included with the latest update.
Is it not in the app drawer?
It was in mine. I recently have no way of testing this out now since the USB port on my phone took a dump and I am awaiting a warranty replacement and had to un-root. I will check this out when possible.
Can anyone else confirm this issue with v3.0.2

Issue 2:
You may have hidden this app, go launcher has the ability to hide apps in the app drawer. Try going in to settings and look for an ability to unhide it.
Sorry I can't remember how to do this off the top of my head.

Just installed ThunderStick BareBack and I dont know what to think.

On one hand, its so utterly smooth and amazing.

On the other, I'm so used to the Sense launcher/interface. Clearly GoLauncher has some MAJOR advantages, but man I feel like I'm getting too old to keep relearning this stuff.

So far I'm loving it. But its almost overwhelming in how different it is from what I've been running for months now (Gingeritis3D/Bamf Forever).
DEVICE: Droid DNA
ROM/RADIO: Viper 1.3.1
KERNEL: crpalmer 2.0.26

I am thinking about coming over to this ROM from BAMF Forever 1.07.

I really like the face that it uses the IMO kernel and Go Launcher. I use both of these too. The .9 base is appealing too.

With the Forever ROM I had to manually remove alot of Verizon and HTC bloat. I dont use Rosie. With this ROM I would already get it stripped down.

Anyone have the experience of coming over from BAMF to this ROM case to report the experience?

Edit: Does this ROM have pieces of Sense 3.0? The modified mail.apk that I use is for Sense 3.0. I am wondering if it will work with this ROM. It works for Forever.

It uses the sense 3 lock screen but may not work with the sense 3 mail app not sure though
